Our robust clinical governance structure allows us to monitor and improve our services continuously, safeguarding the well-being of every individual in our care.
Areas of expertise
Our nursing team and complex care assistants are equipped with advanced training delivered by our in-house Nurse Educators. This training encompasses a wide range of specialist skills and clinical techniques, enabling them to confidently support clients with a variety of long-term, complex health conditions.
While many of these services are traditionally provided in hospital or high-dependency settings, our specialist team is uniquely qualified to deliver the same level of care in the comfort and familiarity of a client’s home. This not only promotes greater independence but also enhances quality of life.
By providing a highly trained care team to carry out airway clearance techniques such as oral suction, deep suction, tracheal, nasopharyngeal and laryngeal suction, we can assist in maintaining better respiratory health, minimise hospitalisations, and improve overall quality of life.
The team’s expertise in airway clearance techniques and ongoing support ensures that clients can manage their condition effectively in the home and community setting.
By providing hands-on support, education, and monitoring, our team can help individuals manage bowel issues in a dignified, effective manner, ultimately improving their quality of life and reducing the need for acute care interventions.
We can cater to a wide variety of complex bowel management methods such as administration of peristeen, rectal administration of aperients, observation and management of bowel output.
Our team will ensure that clients with catheters receive safe, effective, and compassionate care through education, monitoring, hands-on assistance, and coordination with the wider healthcare team.
We can assist with intermittent catheterisation, ongoing care of catheters, emotional support, monitoring, reporting and fluid management.
We can provide practical stoma care support with appliance management, monitoring for complications and escalation of any concerns.
We can assist clients with diabetes to manage their condition in the community by providing a range of tailored services and support. This can include blood glucose monitoring and administration of medication along with insulin administration or hypoglycaemic agents, glucose monitoring devices, meal preparation and emotional support.
Our Nurse managers can act as a liaison between the client, GPs, endocrinologists, dietitians, and other specialists to ensure coordinated care.

We specialise in caring for individuals with complex respiratory conditions, working closely with clients and families to fully understand your needs, preferences, and any challenges you may face. That’s why we provide comprehensive training to our staff, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to deliver high-quality support for clients using ventilation.
