Managing Director
As the Managing Director of Yorhealth, Julie is a dedicated leader committed to delivering exceptional complex care to clients. With a focus on building a compassionate and skilled care team, Julie ensures that every individual receives the highest standard of support tailored to their unique needs.
Under her guidance, Yorhealth has cultivated an environment where quality care is paramount. Julie has played a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative care solutions, enhancing the overall service delivery and patient experience.

Nicola Inwood
Director of Nursing
Nicola brings extensive experience and a deep commitment to excellence in nursing and community care. After qualifying with a BSc in Adult Nursing, she spent many years in intensive care and high-dependency units, developing an exceptional knowledge base in managing complex health needs.
A transition into community-based complex care as a Nurse Manager sparked Nicola’s passion for supporting adults and children with complex health needs in their own homes.
As Director of Nursing at Yorhealth, Nicola leads a team of Nurse Managers, overseeing clinical governance and ensuring that the highest standards of care are consistently delivered. Her focus on quality and compassion drives the team to provide exceptional care that supports clients to live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in their own homes.
Debbie Fletcher
Registered Manager
Debbie brings many years of dedicated experience in the care industry to her role our Registered Manager at Yorhealth.
Specialising in complex care, Debbie is focused on providing exceptional support for both children and adults. Her extensive background in the public and private sectors, along with her experience in community settings, equips her with the knowledge needed to ensure every client receives a unique and personalised care package.
She believes that everyone deserves the very best standard of care, delivered by highly trained and dedicated staff.
Laura Rowley
Clinical Lead Paediatrics
Laura is a dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Specialist Nurse with extensive expertise in complex care and high-dependency settings. With a strong background in paediatric nursing, she is also a qualified instructor in Basic Life Support (BLS) and paediatric early years training, certified by a leading awarding body.
Laura holds a Level 4 Safeguarding Children qualification, alongside specialist training in safeguarding children with disabilities and Mental Health First Aid for children. Passionate about promoting the well-being and development of young clients, she takes a holistic and empathetic approach to her work, ensuring each child’s needs are met with care and creativity.
In her role as Clinical Lead Paediatrics at Yorhealth, Laura leads a team delivering high-quality, family-centred care to children of all ages in their own homes.
Ali Pipe
Clinical Lead Adults
Ali is a highly experienced nurse with a career spanning hospital, community, hospice, and Marie Curie settings. Since transitioning to complex care in 2016, Ali has found her passion in supporting adults to live independently at home with high-quality, person-centred care. She thrives on working closely with clients and their families to ensure they receive care that enables them to live on their own terms while staying connected to their community.
She is deeply committed to empowering staff, helping them build competence in a range of delegated clinical tasks, and fostering collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) and wider community services. With a strong focus on advocacy and maintaining high standards of care, Ali takes pride in her leadership role, which allows her to support both clients and staff in reaching their full potential.
